We have extensive experience in collaborating with law firms in the U.S. in FCPA matters concerning companies doing business in Mexico and leading anti-corruption investigations in Mexico. We led one of the first ever self-reporting efforts with the Attorney General’s Office (non-public case). This was a case involving at least three other jurisdictions. Our team has local know-how and solid experience in internal investigations, white-collar, corporate criminal liability, due diligence projects, compliance programs and anti-money laundering.
The practice includes two partners and more than ten associates, all bilingual (English/Spanish).
