Gastón has experience in arbitral, judicial, and administrative proceedings, in which he has successfully participated from the construction of the strategy up to obtaining the final judgment, being a key piece in the corresponding hearings. Additionally, Gastón has advised domestic and foreign clients in various negotiations and transactions related to several sectors.
Specifically, he has provided advice in arbitrations (domestic and foreign, commercial and investment), in litigation in civil, commercial, and administrative matters, and in non-contentious administrative proceedings of high complexity.

Likewise, Gastón is part of the Compliance & Anti-Corruption Department, within which he has participated in some of the most complex investigations in Mexico on the subject.
Gastón teaches at Escuela Libre de Derecho and has participated in multiple academic forums with various topics in the field of internal investigations and anti-corruption. In 2022, Gastón obtained the certification in anti-money laundering and terrorism financing issued by the National Banking and Securities Commission.
