  • Gaston Hinojosa is an associate at Von Wobeser y Sierra. He specializes in dispute resolution and has over eight years of experience in litigation, arbitration, internal investigations, anti-corruption, and compliance.


    He has participated in domestic and international arbitration proceedings — both commercial and investment — as well as in civil, commercial, and administrative litigation, handling matters from the initial strategy through to final judgment. He also has experience in complex non-contentious administrative proceedings and in obtaining injunctive relief before local and federal courts.

    In compliance, he has advised clients on the design and implementation of comprehensive compliance programs and has participated in some of the most complex internal investigations conducted in Mexico.
