Mario Lugo is an associate of Von Wobeser y Sierra. He is part of the Litigation, Arbitration, Anti-Corruption & Compliance practices.
He has advised domestic and foreign clients in the prevention and resolution of their disputes. His experience includes litigation in civil, commercial, administrative and constitutional matters, which have been brought before local and federal courts. In Anti-Corruption & Compliance, Mario has actively participated in highly complex internal investigations, due diligences, anti-bribery management systems and preventive measures within companies. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the Federal Judiciary Branch of Mexico, where he focused his practice on the study and elaboration of constitutional rulings (Amparo).
