Carlos is an associate in Von Wobeser y Sierra. He has more than seven years of professional experience, during which he has represented a range of clients and closed relevant domestic and international transactions. His practice mainly involves transactional law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and finance, with a particular focus on technology and private equity. His experience includes advising public and private companies, foreign government agencies, private equity and venture funds and crowdfunding and e-commerce platforms.
Carlos has a law degree from the Universidad Panamericana, with a specialization in Commercial Law Institutions from the same university. He also has a master’s degree from the University of Southern California (USC). He was recently named Regional Ambassador of the USC Alumni Association Young Alumni Council, in which he is an active participant. He has been recognized by Chambers and Partners in the Fintech practice and he has published many articles on corporate and technology topics.
