In the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions practice, Regina has extensive experience assisting, advising and representing various clients in the Consumer Goods industry, many of which are Fortune 500, with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, spin-offs and commercial agreements, as well as in strategic day-to-day operations and general corporate advice. Regarding Competition & Antitrust, she has devoted her practice to the representation and advisory of a wide variety of multinational clients in the automotive, consumer products, health, real estate and banking and finance services sectors in complex investigations for cartel behavior and abuse of dominance, and in merger control before the Federal Economic Competition Commission (Cofece).
