Jorge specializes in commercial arbitration, civil litigation and amparo proceedings. He has taken part in numerous complex arbitration proceedings conducted under the rules of renowned arbitral institutions. He has also litigated the granting of interim measures and the execution of settlements in parallel proceedings. He represents multinational companies in the annulment and recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards. Jorge has experience before Mexican courts at the state and federal levels, in both civil and commercial disputes and in administrative law and amparo trial, among other judicial proceedings.
