José Antonio is an associate of Von Wobeser y Sierra with experience in the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Real Estate practices, as well as in Competition & Antitrust matters. He is part of the Automotive & Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Real Estate and Financial Services industry groups.
José Antonio advises national, international and multinational clients of the firm. He has been involved in some of the most renowned and complex matters of the consumer product, automotive, real estate, and banking and financing services sectors, among others. He has also actively represented companies in their corporate and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) matters, including restructurings, business acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, spin-offs, new affiliates and operations with a strong real estate component, as well as in day-to-day strategic operations. With respect to Competition and Antitrust, he has participated in investigations for monopolistic practices and in proceedings related to mergers before the Federal Economic Competition Commission (Cofece).
