    Ernesto has extensive experience advising and representing some of the most recognized multinational companies, both foreign and Mexican, in complex matters of civil and commercial litigation in all its levels; administrative procedures before various entities and government agencies, both locally and at the federal level; amparo; commercial arbitration and public works arbitration, including judicial proceedings of enforcement and nullity of arbitration awards; bids and public works; as well as on issues of advertising regulation, consumer protection and product liability. Ernesto develops strategies and actions, always seeking to obtain the greatest possible benefit for the clients and minimizing the responsibilities and risks in which they could incur.
