She is part of the Automotive & Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Energy & Natural Resources, Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences, and Financial Services industry groups.
Gabriela specializes in the design and implementation of strategies for the relocation of expatriates to Mexico. To fully guarantee compliance with the applicable laws and regulations, she works hand in hand with immigration, mobility and human resources areas of multinationals. She also actively collaborates with the authorities in the preparation of regulatory proposals in the area. Gabriela acts in coordination with the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Tax, Labor and International Trade areas of the firm to provide complete advice and personalized service to the clients in matters of incorporations, tax residence, taxes on foreigners, contracting of foreign personnel and importing of household goods, automobiles and personal effects. She also participates in the legal forums and associations that promote the continuous updating of the immigration provisions and criteria. She is Coordinator of the Immigration Law Committee of the National Association of Corporate Lawyers.
