We will continue to drive diversity by actively supporting and fostering wom­en to achieve and thrive in leadership positions at our firm. For us, mentor­ing and sponsoring women are vital to their career development. We will con­tinue implementing initiatives aimed at affirming our commitment to gender diversity and women leadership devel­opment by providing the required in­frastructure, measuring our progress with clear KPIs, and promoting sup­portive behaviors and mindset at our firm. As part of our commitments, this year we are launching a mentoring program for women associates and will continue sponsoring LL.M. and foreign associate programs for women.
