His experience includes contentious administrative trials; amparo lawsuits against general regulations and acts of authority; commercial and civil lawsuits; bankruptcy proceedings; class actions; telecommunications and antitrust.
Daniel has participated in various arbitral proceedings in their different judicial stages.
His experience has allowed him to collaborate in advising, auditing and dispute resolution procedures for companies from a variety of sectors such as telecommunications, banking, outdoor advertising, construction, aeronautics, real estate, among others.
