Ariel is an Associate at Von Wobeser with experience in energy and natural resources, oil and gas, and government procurement and public works. Ariel has advised domestic and international clients in all legal matters related to the development and construction of power, oil, gas, mining, water, infrastructure, and major projects.
His career includes the negotiation of PPAs, EPC agreements, TSAs, photovoltaic module supply agreement, natural gas supply agreements, O&M agreements, and the assistance of oil and gas, and power companies in developing and constructing pipelines, thermal and renewables projects in Mexico. Additionally, Ariel has advised clients in their participation in auctions and bidding processes before the Federal Electricity Commission, Petroleos Mexicanos, National Hydrocarbons Commission, National Center of Energy Control, Ministry of Communication and Transports, and other federal and local authorities. Ariel has extensive experience in contractual, environmental, regulatory, real estate, social impact matters, and agrarian law involving power, oil and gas, water, maritime, and major infrastructure projects in Mexico. His professional expertise also includes project financing, corporate law, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and right of ways.
