Katharina is partner of Von Wobeser y Sierra. She has approximately thirty years of experience in the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions practice, and she belongs to the Automotive & Manufacturing, Consumer Goods and Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry groups. She is also a member of the German Desk.
Katharina primarily handles corporate and foreign investment matters. She provides advice in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and in commercial contracts and transactions. Her portfolio includes spin-offs, dissolutions and liquidations; asset and stock purchases in all kinds of businesses; and strategic alliances and joint ventures, both domestic and cross-border. With a law degree from Mexico and a master’s degree from Germany, Katharina advises many German clients, as well as clients from other European countries and the United States. She has played a key role in important investment projects in the automotive, manufacturing, health and consumer products industries in Mexico, among others. She also guides multinational clients in commercial transactions and contractual matters. Katharina is responsible for the foreign investment area of the firm and has extensive experience in that area.
