    He has four years of experience in resolving commercial and investment disputes in the areas of public works, real estate, government concessions, and natural resources under the main arbitration rules of institutions such as the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá, CCB), the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), the Arbitration Center of Mexico (Centro de Arbitraje de México, CAM), and the Mediation and Arbitration Commission of the National Chamber of Commerce of Mexico City (Comisión de Mediación y Arbitraje de la Cámara Nacional de Comercio de la Ciudad de México, Canaco).

    He also actively participates in civil, commercial, and administrative litigation, as well as in cross-border proceedings for the annulment and enforcement of arbitral awards. In addition, he has represented the National Autonomous University of Mexico (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, UNAM) in international law competitions, and has published academic articles on human rights and arbitration.
