Victor is an associate of Von Wobeser and Sierra. He has experience in the Energy, Natural Resources and Environmental practices.
He has experience advising national and international companies on complex regulatory and contractual matters, with a broad understanding of the issues that large corporations face daily in the areas of environmental, energy, agrarian law, and the regime of concessions and authorizations for the use of national property resources. This expertise stems from providing legal support to numerous energy and infrastructure projects during their development, financing, construction, and operation stages. He has also been involved in the creation and day-to-day management of energy supply contracts, as well as in matters related to obtaining all kinds of administrative permits (including land use, electric generation permits, and various environmental authorizations, among others). Additionally, his skill set includes handling legal matters that involve both public and private law, such as financing for energy projects and related issues, including changes in laws affecting projects, the use of public rights-of-way owned by the State through the acquisition of rights within these rights-of-way, and the execution of contracts to secure the real estate aspects of all kinds of energy projects and other types of infrastructure. Victor graduated with honors from the Center for Economic Research and Teaching.
