Ricardo has experience in labor litigation, handling conciliation proceedings, and the inspections of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare and the Mexican Social Security Institute on safety and health and general working conditions, as well as the challenging of the rulings in those proceeding before administrative authorities. In his practice he has advised companies on terminating the employment of high-level executives and employees, and on verifying that they comply with all the requirements of the labor and social security laws, such as the drafting of individual employment agreements, review of internal policies and confidentiality and non-compete agreements, and the definition of incentive and compensation plans. He has also participated in the Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences and Financial Services industry groups.
