She specializes in complex international arbitration and litigation. She has experience in civil and commercial litigation, commercial and public works arbitration, constitutional amparo and administrative and regulatory procedures. Libna has participated in complex international arbitrations and litigation for contracts and investments related to conventional and renewable energy and large infrastructure projects in Latin America. She also has experience in annulment and enforcement proceedings, and gives general advice to clients on local and federal implications, including the development of strategies for all stages of the process. Libna has a solid background in economics, which gives her an exceptional legal perspective that combines her expertise in commercial and international law with technical skills to satisfactorily address the needs of our clients.
