Rodolfo is a partner of Von Wobeser y Sierra. He has more than twenty years of experience in Labor, Executive Compensation and Benefits, and social security matters. He is part of the ESG practice group (Environmental, Social and Governance).
Rodolfo is part of the Automotive & Manufacturing industry group and also collaborates with the Consumer Goods and Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry groups. Rodolfo has solid experience in labor and social security matters resulting from mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, incorporation of new companies, divestments and closure of operations. He has assisted Fortune 500 companies in their expansion and restructuring processes in Mexico and Latin America. He has also been directly involved in several of the largest and most complex mergers and acquisitions with a labor component in the history of Mexico.
He often advises his clients in the drafting and negotiation of employment agreements for expats, top executives and other employees; in the preparation and negotiation of collective bargaining agreements; in the review and application of pension plans, and in the preparation of internal regulations and other policies of the companies. He assists in the implementation of compensation packages and counsels his clients on the relevance of labor compliance and the full observance of employer obligations.
Rodolfo has successfully terminated the employment of high-level executives and employees. He has also implemented personnel transfer strategies in corporate restructurings, strategic alliances and M&A. He has broad experience in labor litigation, both individual and collective matters, and in inspections of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare and the Mexican Social Security Institute.
