Dear clients and friends,
Users whose titles expired since January 1 st , 2004, or for which an extension was not filed timely, will be able to regularize their situation by requesting the adherence to the mentioned Decree before CONAGUA, and obtain from such authority, new water concessions, regardless of the restrictions that may currently exist in the area.
Those interested, must comply with a series of requirements before submitting their adherence application, and will be entitled to apply for it, throughout the validity of the Decree, which is from May 18 th , 2016 to December 31 st , 2016.
