Today, the “Ruling modifying the ruling that declares the suspension of the time periods in proceedings carried out before the National Hydrocarbons Commission (“CNH”)” (the “Ruling”), was published in the Official Federal Gazette (“DOF”).
The Ruling extends through Thursday, April 30, 2020, the suspension of the time periods in the acts and proceedings carried out by the CNH declared in the “Ruling that declares the suspension of time periods in the acts and proceedings carried out before the National Hydrocarbons Commission from Monday March 23, 2020, to Sunday April, 19, 2020” which was published in the DOF on March 20, 2020 (the “Original Ruling”).
In this regard, the time periods in the acts and proceedings carried out before the CNH will be suspended from Monday March 23, 2020, to Thursday April 30, 2020.
Finally, the Ruling states that, except for the extension mentioned above, the Original Ruling remains in full force and effect.
