Paola is an associate at Von Wobeser y Sierra. She is part of the Litigation, Arbitration, and Anti-corruption & Compliance practices.
Throughout her career, Paola has advised a diverse range of national and international clients on the resolution of legal disputes. She has experience in criminal and constitutional litigation, as well as in other judicial processes, internal anti-corruption investigations, and in the design and implementation of compliance programs. In the Anti-corruption & Compliance practice, she has been involved in complex internal investigations, established preventive measures in organizations, and formulated compliance programs to promote integrity and business ethics. Her previous experience in the Mexican Federal Judiciary Council provides her with a unique perspective and deep understanding of legal procedures.
