She has served in various public positions such as Director of Compliance and Follow-up of Foreign Trade Instruments and Programs, Director of Foreign Trade Regulations, as well as in the General Directorate of Trade Facilitation and Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Economy.
Her work allowed her to participate in the negotiations held within the framework of the North American Free Trade Agreement, in regulatory projects focused on regulatory improvement, simplification of processes, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory provisions on foreign trade. He participated in the investor-state case promoted by Vento Motorcycles, Inc. under NAFTA.
He specializes in all matters related to the participation in foreign trade programs (IMMEX and PROSEC), their use and compliance with requirements.
