Adolfo is an associate of Von Wobeser y Sierra. His work is concentrated in dispute resolution practices, especially Litigation and Arbitration.
He has broad experience in the processing of lawsuits before local and federal authorities, in all their stages and possible means of defense. He is an expert in different areas of litigation, such as class actions and civil, commercial, family, administrative, telecommunications, antitrust, bankruptcy and constitutional lawsuits.
He has also participated in different roles in arbitration proceedings (representative of the plaintiff or of the defendant, and arbitrator’s assistant, including in the judicial stages (annulment of the award, enforcement, etc.).
His experience has allowed him to participate in advising, auditing and processing dispute resolution procedures for companies in the telecommunications, energy, banking, tire, construction, aeronautics, textile, real estate, restaurant, brewing, and other sectors.
