Déborah is an associate of Von Wobeser y Sierra. She has worked more than four years in the Antitrust and Economic Competition practice.
Déborah has advised and represented various clients in investigations and sanctions on absolute and relative monopolistic practices, as well as other investigations related to barriers to entry and illegal mergers. These investigations have been carried out by the Federal telecommunications Institute (IFT) in matters of telecommunications and broadcasting, as well as those carried out by the Federal Economic Competition Commission. Déborah also works on merger control under the Cofece, advising and representing various clients in merger notification. She has experience in specialized strategic amparo in questions of economic competition, telecommunications and broadcasting. She has experience in the industries of petroleum, medicines, financial services and banking, telecommunications, broadcasting, rail transport, lab testing and blood bank comprehensive services, consumer goods, among others.
