She provides advice related to copyright and distinctive signs such as trademarks, trade names and slogans. She has advised companies through the creation of strategies for the expansion of the protection of the industrial property rights; she also files requests for trademark registrations, answers legal impediments and requirements, as well as opposition filings before the Mexican Industrial Property Institute (IMPI). Alejandra has participated in various contentious proceedings and lawsuits related to the defense of trademark rights, infringements and unfair competition, before IMPI, the Federal Administrative Justice Court and Collegiate Courts. She has been involved in numerous due diligence procedures, advising companies on intellectual property matters.
