Diego is an associate of Von Wobeser y Sierra with more than four years of experience in the Economic Competition & Antitrust practice.
His work has focused on complex notifications and mergers and per se and relative monopolistic practice investigations. He has broad experience in various industry groups, including Automotive & Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Energy & Natural Resources, Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences, Financial Services and Passenger Land Transport. He has also represented various clients in proceedings on per se monopolistic practices, relative monopolistic practices, illegal concentrations, merger notifications and requests for immunity before the Federal Economic Competition Commission (Cofece) and the Federal Telecommunications Institute (IFT). Finally, his experience also includes the design, development and implementation of compliance programs in economic competition and antitrust matters in Mexico and the advising of international companies in merger and acquisition transactions with a strong competition component.
