Amanda is an Associate of Von Wobeser y Sierra with seven years of experience in the Litigation, Anti-corruption & Compliance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring, and Arbitration practices.
Amanda has represented national and international companies in complex litigation and arbitration proceedings related to shareholder, financial, commercial and real estate disputes. Additionally, she has experience in amparo proceedings against administrative resolutions of high impact on the Mexican and transnational economy. In this regard, Amanda has experience in obtaining all types of civil, commercial and family-based injunctions. In relation to the Anti-corruption & Compliance practice, Amanda has participated in various highly complex internal investigations, due diligences, risk assessments, and has implemented compliance programs, anti-bribery management systems and preventive measures within national and international companies. Finally, as part of the Bankruptcy & Restructuring, practice, Amanda has represented companies facing financial distress, as well as banks and financial institutions involved in complex collection matters within insolvency proceedings.
