  • Alejandro is an associate of Von Wobeser y Sierra with more than ten years of experience in the Litigation, Arbitration, and Bankruptcy & Restructuring practices.


    His work concentrates on the representation of Mexican and foreign companies in civil and commercial lawsuits processed before Mexican courts. In particular, he has assisted a variety of clients in shareholder disputes, minority rights, breach of contract disputes, non-contractual civil liability, real estate, finance, medical liability, and in class actions. He plays an important role in the Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice of the firm. Moreover, Alejandro has participated in restructuring proceedings of Mexican and foreign companies, and in many of the most important judicial bankruptcies in Mexico. He has broad experience in the granting of interim measures in civil, commercial, bankruptcy and arbitral proceedings. Alejandro combines his professional practice with academic activities. He is a professor at the Escuela Libre de Derecho and secretary in the Bankruptcy Commission of the Mexican Bar Association. He is also the author of articles on interim measures, bankruptcy and arbitration. He has been recognized by Benchmark Litigation and Global Restructuring Review 100.
