Please be informed that on August 3, the Ministry of Health published in the Official Federal Gazette, the Ruling establishing new activities or industries considered essential, in order to guarantee the correct initiation of the school year 2020-2021.
In that regard, the companies and businesses that satisfy the demand for goods and services related to the manufacturing, sale and distribution of inputs and articles of stationary and didactic materials; uniforms, backpacks and other school articles; electronic calculating and processing devices such as tablets, computers and calculators; as well as the activities performed by publishers and bookstores; may operate, as essential, beginning today, August 4, complying with the “Specific Technical Guidelines for the Reopening of Economic Activities” and even when the epidemiological light of their locality is in red.
