Prior to joining the firm, Pablo served as Global Vice President of Reputation and Communications at AB InBev and held various legal and corporate positions at companies including Grupo Modelo and Cinépolis.
The publication highlighted his appointment to Von Wobeser y Sierra’s Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions practice, as well as his involvement in developing the firm’s ESG practice, designed to provide integrated legal advice on environmental, social and governance matters.
LexLatin also noted that Pablo’s arrival represented Von Wobeser y Sierra’s first lateral partner hire since the firm was founded in 1986. His appointment formed part of the firm’s growth and institutionalization strategy and strengthened its ability to support clients in Mexico and in cross-border matters.
