C., announces changes to its management structure: Claus von Wobeser, founding partner and a fundamental pillar in the building of the firm, will assume the role of Honorary Chairman and Of Counsel, while Adrián Magallanes and Diego Sierra join the Executive Committee, alongside the current members, Luis Burgueño and Fernando Carreño. This strategic transition, effective as of February 1, 2025, marks a new stage for the firm and is the result of careful planning, designed to ensure continuity, strengthen leadership, and promote the institution’s sustainable growth. The new members of the Executive Committee bring a valuable combination of experience and leadership. Adrián Magallanes joined the firm in 2002 and co-leads the disputes practice, encompassing arbitration and litigation. Diego Sierra joined the firm in 2006 and has headed the investigations, compliance, and anti-corruption area since its creation more than a decade ago. Adrián’s and Diego’s track record and experience position them as leading practitioners in their respective areas, as recognized by clients, competitors, and the leading specialized directories.
