Simplified Stock Companies: The new promise for businesses in Mexico

The reform bill for the incorporation of SAS was introduced in the Chamber of Senators in December 2014 and approved by the Chamber of Deputies in February 2016, in response to the need for a vehicle that would allow micro and small enterprises to be formed swiftly.
