The Agreement establishes that May 27, 28, and 29, 2020, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., will be enabled for carrying out the procedures related to obtaining and renewing the Environmental Certificate and Certification of New Vehicles or, as applicable, new vehicles at the plant; which are identified in the Federal Registry of Procedures and Services of CONAMER. All of this under the procedures: I. PROFEPA-03-005, "Certification of New Vehicles," review, evaluation and, as applicable, as certification of new vehicles at the plant; II. PROFEPA-02-001, "Obtaining an Environmental Certificate," modalities A and C; and III. PROFEPA-02-002, "Request for the Renewal of an Environmental Certificate," modalities A and B. In this sense, the procedures may be carried out at the offices of the Federal Attorney's Office for Environmental Protection, and through electronic means in the Online Environmental Audit System ("SAAEL"). Lastly, in carrying out these procedures, the health and social-distancing provisions must be taken into account; therefore, electronic means were enabled for better interaction, all of this to avoid the greatest possible concentration and movement of people, in order to safeguard the health of public servants and citizens.
