1. Assurance of continuity and quality of our services In situations of crisis and uncertainty, maintaining business continuity is essential. Accordingly, we have adopted various measures to ensure that our services are provided with the same quality and in a timely manner. To this end, we have invested in technology that allows us to handle all matters of our clients and business partners remotely. Likewise, we are prepared to adapt our communication channels to meet our clients' needs, including videoconferencing mechanisms, WebEx and other technologies. Our entire team is prepared to work remotely and to handle each and every one of our clients' matters, notwithstanding the conditions of uncertainty being experienced today. 2. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment Although COVID-19 has not spread in Mexico in an alarming manner, we have implemented health and safety measures that will help us preserve the health of our collaborators. In this regard, we have restricted our team's travel to only that which is essential, and anyone who has traveled to a vulnerable area remains in quarantine as a preventive measure. Within our facilities, we have restricted social contact, and meetings of more than 4 people have been limited to those that are indispensable. All of our facilities are equipped with disinfectant materials, and the cleaning procedures for our offices have been increased. Likewise, and while ensuring the continuity and quality of our services, we have implemented a remote work scheme for a significant number of our collaborators. 3. Creativity and innovation Situations of crisis and uncertainty call for creativity and innovation.
