On September 25, 2020, the Head of Government of Mexico City published in the Official Gazette the Twenty-Second Notice announcing the color of the Epidemiological Traffic Light for Mexico City, as well as the amendment to the Guidelines for the Implementation of the Gradual Plan toward the New Normality in Mexico City (hereinafter, the Notice).
In accordance with the Guidelines for the Implementation of the Gradual Plan toward the New Normality in Mexico City, published on May 29, 2020 in the Official Gazette of Mexico City, private-sector corporate offices could begin in-person activities once the epidemiological traffic light of Mexico City was in yellow. However, the new Notice amends this matter to establish that private-sector corporate offices may return to their in-person activities once the epidemiological traffic light of Mexico City is in green, except for those related to essential activities, whose presence is indispensable for the functioning of such activity. Finally, we inform you that the Notice establishes that, until October 4, 2020, Mexico City will remain on the orange traffic light. We will remain attentive to this matter and are at your service should you require additional information.
