The Chamber of Deputies approves the bill to reform the Federal Labor Law

On April 11, 2019, the Chamber of Deputies approved the reform bill that repeals and adds various provisions of the Federal Labor Law, as well as other secondary laws. This reform brings secondary labor legislation into line with the constitutional reform published on February 24, 2017, which modifies the system for administering labor justice and establishes the principles of freedom of association and collective bargaining, among other matters.
