Entry into Force of the New Amparo Law.

April 3, 2013 Dear Clients, Von Wobeser y Sierra, S.C. informs: Further to the report sent to you on March 21, 2013, we inform you that yesterday, April 2, 2013, the DECREE issuing the Amparo Law, Regulatory of articles 103 and 107 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation; various provisions of the Organic Law of the Judicial Branch of the Federation, of the Regulatory Law of sections I and II of article 105 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration, of the Organic Law of the General Congress of the United Mexican States, and of the Organic Law of the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic were amended and supplemented. In other words, yesterday the so-called "New Amparo Law" was published, which will enter into force today, April 3, two thousand and thirteen. New methodology for electricity transmission service charges applicable to self-supply and cogeneration
