COVID-19: Suspension of Procedural Terms of the Mexican IP Authorities

In the midst of the COVID-19 emergency, we are actively taking measures, adapting to the rapidly evolving news, in order to continue regularly assisting our clients without jeopardizing the well-being of our personnel. Below is relevant information regarding the Mexican authorities involved in intellectual property matters: • Mexican Institute of Industrial Property: Currently open. All terms are active. • Federal Court of Administrative Justice, Collegiate Circuit Courts and District Courts: Closed. No terms will run until April 17, 2020.
