Mexico is a party to the New York Convention, which has been in force since 13 July 1971. Mexico made no declaration whatsoever with respect to articles I, X and XI of that Convention. Mexico is also a party to the Panama Convention on International Commercial Arbitration, as well as the Inter-American Convention on the Extraterritorial Validity of Foreign Judgments and Arbitral Awards (the Montevideo Convention).
