Update: Third extension of the suspension of terms and time periods of the National Energy Control Center

Today, the "Third Agreement amending the first article of the agreement declaring the suspension of terms and time periods in the acts and proceedings substantiated before the Administrative Units of the National Energy Control Center ("CENACE"), from March 26 to April 19, 2020" (the "Agreement") was published in the Federal Official Gazette ("DOF").

The Agreement amends and extends, until June 14, 2020, the period of suspension of the terms and time periods in the acts and proceedings substantiated before the Administrative Units of CENACE. Finally, the Agreement establishes that, except for the extension referred to above, the "Agreement declaring the suspension of terms and time periods in the acts and proceedings substantiated before the Administrative Units of the National Energy Control Center ("CENACE"), from March 26 to April 19, 2020," will continue to produce legal effects under the terms provided therein.
