Update: Third extension of the suspension of terms and time periods of the National Hydrocarbons Commission

The "Amending Agreement to the agreement that modifies the one declaring the suspension of time periods and terms in the acts and proceedings conducted before the National Hydrocarbons Commission (“CNH”)" (the “Agreement”) was published today in the Official Gazette of the Federation (“DOF”).

The Agreement modifies and extends the period of suspension of the time periods and terms in the acts and proceedings conducted before the CNH indefinitely and until the health authority determines that there is no epidemiological risk related to the gradual, cautious and orderly reopening of the activities related to the Federal Public Administration. Finally, the Agreement establishes that, except for the extension referred to above, the “Agreement declaring the suspension of time periods and terms in the acts and proceedings conducted before the National Hydrocarbons Commission from Monday, March 23 to Sunday, April 19, 2020”, published in the DOF on March 20, 2020, remains in full force in all its terms.
