Update: Fourth extension of the suspension of terms and time periods of the National Energy Control Center

The “Fourth Agreement amending Article One of the Agreement declaring the suspension of time periods and terms in the acts and proceedings conducted before the Administrative Units of the National Energy Control Center (“CENACE”), from Thursday, March 26 to April 19, 2020” (the “Agreement”) was published today in the Official Gazette of the Federation.

The Agreement extends, until June 30, 2020, the period of suspension of the time periods and terms of the acts and proceedings conducted before the Administrative Units of CENACE. Finally, the Agreement establishes that, except for the extension referred to above, the “Agreement declaring the suspension of time periods and terms in the acts and proceedings conducted before the Administrative Units of the National Energy Control Center, from Thursday, March 26 to Sunday, April 19, 2020”, will continue to have legal effect under the terms provided therein.
