    He has broad experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate and commercial transactions in general — including mergers, spin-offs, strategic alliances and information technology (IT) operations — and personal data protection.

    He also specializes in financial institutions and corporate clients on a wide range of transactional and regulatory matters, with a strong focus on anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) compliance. His expertise is reflected in the legal strategies and solutions he provides to the firm’s clients. He has been involved in the review and negotiation of complex contracts and has advised companies across diverse industries, including leasing, IT, consumer services, fintech, acquirers and entities of the financial system.

    Max is also actively involved in the firm’s pro bono initiatives and cases.
