Mauricio Puebla
Mauricio is an associate at Von Wobeser y Sierra. He is part of the Energy and Natural Resources, and Projects and Infrastructure practices, advising developers, investors, financial institutions, contractors, and domestic and international companies on energy and infrastructure projects.
His practice focuses on the regulatory, commercial, and transactional aspects of these projects, with particular emphasis on the power sector. He advises on the design and implementation of regulatory and commercial structures for power generation, energy trading, energy storage, and related infrastructure projects.
He also participates in transactions involving project finance, asset acquisitions, and the structuring and negotiation of key project agreements, including Electric Coverage Agreements, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) agreements, Operation and Maintenance (O&M) agreements, and Master Services Agreements (MSAs). His practice covers different stages of the project life cycle, from development and financing through construction and operation.
