    • Luis Enrique is a partner at Von Wobeser y Sierra. He has over seventeen years of experience in tax matters, including tax and administrative litigation, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and consulting.

    He is a strategic advisor to national and multinational companies on tax matters. He is an expert in contentious trials and appeals before tax authorities, as well as in resolving complex tax disputes before the Taxpayer Defense Attorney (Prodecon) through conclusive agreements and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms provided by international treaties signed by Mexico.

    Luis Enrique has experience litigating complex cases before federal and state courts, as well as handling constitutional actions before the Mexican Supreme Court. In addition, he has expertise in managing tax audits and a variety of procedures before tax authorities, including tax refund requests, among others.
