Grecia Ahumada
Grecia is an associate at Von Wobeser y Sierra. She is part of the Antitrust and Competition practice and advises Mexican and international companies on competition law matters and proceedings before Mexican competition authorities.
She has participated in complex merger control proceedings, investigations into absolute and relative monopolistic practices, applications under immunity and fine reduction programs, as well as proceedings involving potential barriers to competition and essential inputs. Her practice also includes the analysis of transactions and corporate structures from a merger control perspective, advice on competition law compliance, and responding to requests for information issued by the authorities.
