Additionally, he is involved in customs compliance diagnostics and regularization strategies. He provides guidance on origin verifications and audits related to Foreign Trade Programs (IMMEX, PROSEC, and Certification of VAT and IEPS). He has advised companies in administrative and judicial procedures, including matters before the Taxpayer Defense Attorney's Office. He has also been involved in anti-dumping investigations and circumvention of countervailing duties on imports.
