On January 1st 2016 Von Wobeser y Sierra S.C. announced Rodolfo Trampe as its newest Partner of the Firm, thus strengthening its continuous growth. Rodolfo has been part of Von Wobeser y Sierra S.C. since 2004 and he will continue to offer strategic advice to multinational companies (national and foreign) in regards to their expansion, incorporation and restructuring including complicated matters related to Labor & Employment (litigation and consulting), Social Security and Executive Compensations & Benefits.
He has been actively involved in some of Von Wobeser y Sierra´s most complex matters, offering strategic labor advice to companies. Some of his representative work includes the following: Anheuser Busch´s acquisition of Grupo Modelo ($20.1 billion USD) as well as BMW AG´s investment of ($1 billion USD) in a car plant in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
Rodolfo Trampe obtained his Law Degree (J.D. equivalent) from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA), Mexico City, 2006.
